Lettings Negotiator – Guildford, Surrey - £40,000
We have a great opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator to join our busy letting team in Guildford.
Lettings experience is required and we invite applications from forward thinking and ambitious individuals to help grow our flourishing company, both maintaining our status as one of the top selling agents in the area and having the passion and drive to collectively increase our success to the next level.
Lettings Negotiator:
• Lettings Negotiator experience
• Ability to demonstrate a proven track record
• Good people skills
• Passion for letting houses
• Chance to work for a market leading agent
• Manage electronic data and e-mails and ensure all clients files are updated
• Deal with property owners queries verbally and in written form
• Register requirements and details of potential clients and applicants
• Give feedback from viewings to the owners of properties
• Must have driving license
