What You’ll Do
* Respond to enquiries from prospective tenants and schedule viewings.
* Conduct property viewings, showcasing each home with professionalism and charisma.
* Negotiate terms between landlords and tenants, securing successful lets for all parties.
* Manage tenancy applications, references, and paperwork, ensuring a smooth, compliant process.
* Cultivate strong landlord relationships, providing regular updates and expert advice.
Who We’re Looking For
* A confident communicator with a natural talent for negotiation.
* Organised, proactive and capable of juggling a varied workload without missing a beat.
* Customer‑focused, always delivering a positive, professional experience.
* Prior experience in lettings or property is a plus, but we’re happy to provide comprehensive training.
