Pear Recruitment – Lettings Negotiator – Chelsea Bridge
Salary - £25,000 - £35,000 + Commission £60,000 - £70,000 OTE
Monday to Friday, 1 Saturday a month (5-day week)
Driver not essential
A prestigious Estate Agency renowned for its exceptional service to a high-net-worth international clientele, based in the heart of Chelsea, are looking for a dedicated Lettings Negotiator to join their dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will bring some experience as a Lettings Negotiator, showcasing strong organisational skills, coupled with the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and colleagues, are essential. The role demands a high level of professionalism and the capacity to manage multiple tasks seamlessly.

About the role:
• Work closely with landlords and tenants across some of London’s most desirable apartments
• Register, qualify, and match applicants with the perfect homes
• Carry out viewings, handle negotiations, and secure successful lets
• Win new instructions, grow your portfolio, and maximise your commission
About You:
• Previous lettings or sales experience is required
• Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
• Energetic, professional, and eager to learn
• Motivated by success and delivering exceptional customer service
