Short-Term Letting Negotiator - Immediate Start
 Hours:

Tue-Fri: 11:00-17:00
Mon & Sat: 10:00-14:00 (alternating)
 Total: 26 hours per weekContract:

Ends 19 December, resumes week commencing 5 January for approx. 8 weeks.
No plans for permanent role at this stage (subject to change).About the Role:
 We're looking for an experienced Letting Negotiator to join our clients team on a short-term basis. You'll be working within a 2-mile radius, mainly handling student lets with a mix of other properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Arrange and conduct property viewings (grouped in threes)
Follow up with prospective tenants
Take reservations and deposits
Process references and prepare tenancy agreementsRequirements:

Relevant letting negotiation experience is essential
Strong organisational and communication skills
Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle📍 Location: Bournemouth
