Job Title: LEV Testing Engineer
Location: Solihull, West Midlands
Salary/Benefits: £28k - £45k + Training & Benefits
We are seeking an LEV Testing Engineer in the Midlands, to join a well-established LEV / Ventilation specialist. They provide a diverse range of services to clients and can offer great training schemes for hardworking engineers. The role will involve travel, depending on client requirements, so it is important that candidates have a flexible and driven work ethic. Experience / Qualifications:
- Must hold the BOHS P601 qualification
- Experienced in testing LEV systems
- Will have worked within a dust / fume specialist company
- Good technical knowledge, including: HSG 258 and COSHH
- Able to travel in line with company requirements
- Hardworking attitude
The Role:
- Undertaking the inspection and testing of LEV, dust and fume extraction systems across manufacturing and industry client sites
- Inspecting and testing on fume cupboards
- Motor, fan and filter replacements
- Making recommendations for works based on testing
- Emissions testing
- Identifying areas to upsell and offer further services to clients
- Completing detailed service reports
- Meeting with clients to discuss technical findings and to give advice
- Working to personal targets
- Representing the company in a professional manner
