About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and caring Level 2 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our warm and supportive early years team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with young children and supporting their learning and development in a nurturing environment.
As a valued member of our team, you will help create a safe, stimulating, and fun space where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Support the daily care and supervision of children, following the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework.
Assist in planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning activities.
Build positive, trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Support children’s personal, social, and emotional development.
Help to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming nursery environment.
Follow all safeguarding, health & safety, and confidentiality procedures.
Requirements
Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
Some experience working in an early years or nursery setting (placement experience considered).
A kind, patient, and enthusiastic attitude.
Understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
A genuine passion for providing the best start in life for young children.
