A unique, beautifully designed nursery located on a working dairy farm in Castle Cary is looking for a warm, enthusiastic and committed Nursery Practitioner to join their outstanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a truly special setting with natural light, underfloor heating, outdoor exploration and a fully integrated learning environment for children aged 3 months to 4 years, with school-aged children returning in holidays.
About the Role
You will work a 37-hour week, supporting children across all age groups within a single, open-plan learning environment. The nursery is fully integrated, with children learning and interacting across areas rather than being separated into traditional rooms. There is a dedicated baby area within the space.
This role suits someone who loves outdoor learning, creativity, independence building and hands-on experiences such as nature walks, farm exploration and risky play. Practitioners also support weekly swimming sessions, PE sessions, and future woodwork sessions.
