As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
Work with small groups of children outside the classroom, focusing on phonics interventions to boost early reading skills.
Help create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
Assist with classroom management and pupil engagement.
Contribute to the planning and delivery of targeted support strategies.What you'll need to succeed
A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
Experience supporting children in a primary school setting.
Confidence delivering phonics sessions to small groups.
A nurturing and patient approach to working with children.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
