A welcoming and community-driven primary school in Ealing is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team from September 2025. 🌟 The Role:
Work closely with the class teacher to support learning and play-based activities in Nursery or Reception
Help implement the EYFS framework and contribute to observation and assessment
Support the personal, social, and emotional development of children
Prepare engaging learning resources and set up stimulating learning environments
Assist with phonics, early maths, and communication development
Provide 1:1 or small group support to children, including those with additional needs
🎓 About You:
Level 3 CACHE qualification (or equivalent) in Early Years or Childcare
Experience working in a nursery, preschool, or school-based EYFS setting
A warm, caring, and patient approach to working with young children
Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and early childhood development
Reliable, proactive, and a great team player
Passionate about giving every child the best start to their education
💼 What's On Offer:
Competitive daily rate: £86-£100, paid weekly via PAYE or umbrella
Full-time, term-time only (Monday to Friday, 8:00am-3:30pm)
Start in September 2025 (or sooner for the right candidate)
