Level 3 Early Years Educator | £13.00 - £13.50 per hour | Full-Time | Leyton, Waltham Forest
Reeson Education is seeking an experienced and motivated Level 3 Early Years Educator for a full-time position in Leyton. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys leading activities, supporting junior staff, and ensuring high standards of care.
What You'll Do as a Level 3 Early Years Educator:
Plan and lead EYFS-based learning activities.
Carry out developmental observations and contribute to planning.
Ensure the learning environment is safe, stimulating, and inclusive.
Build effective relationships with parents and provide progress updates.
Support and mentor Level 2 practitioners and apprentices.
Contribute to CPD and promote excellent childcare standards.
We're Looking for a Level 3 Early Years Educator Who:
Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education.
Has experience in nursery or early childhood settings.
Communicates effectively with staff, children, and families.
Has a solid understanding of EYFS and safeguarding.
Pay and Hours for a Level 3 Early Years Educator:
Pay: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
