About the Role As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner (EYP), you’ll play a vital role in supporting children’s early development and learning. Working closely with teachers and other staff, you’ll help create a stimulating and inclusive environment where every child can thrive. From delivering engaging activities to tracking progress and collaborating with families, your work will be both meaningful and rewarding. Key Responsibilities of Level 3 Early Years Practitioner (EYP) Collaborate with teachers to design and implement tailored learning plans Deliver individual and small group interventions to support children’s development Promote positive behaviour and engagement through effective strategies and modelling Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that supports all children Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and communicate with parents and professionals Work with external professionals to ensure holistic support for children and families Requirements of Level 3 Early Years Practitioner (EYP) Level 3 Early Years Qualification (Essential) Experience in a similar role within an early years setting Strong communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for early childhood education Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children Why Join Us?
