Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
Ely
£13.70 - £14.70 per hour
Are you a passionate and proactive Early Years Practitioner with a Level 2 or 3 qualification? Randstad is currently working with a range of welcoming nurseries and early years settings in Ely and the surrounding areas, looking for enthusiastic individuals to join their teams.
These nurturing environments are dedicated to supporting the growth, development, and wellbeing of young children - and they're looking for someone like you to help make a difference.
Responsibilities:
Ensure a safe, secure, and stimulating environment for all children.
Work closely with parents, carers, and colleagues to support each child's individual needs.
Keep accurate records of children's progress and achievements.
Promote a positive and inclusive culture within the nursery.
Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
Requirements:
Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)
Good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Previous experience working with children in an Early Years setting
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
A DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
