Link3 is currently recruiting a permanent, full-time Level 3 Early Years Educator / Practitioner for a nursery group branches based in SE13 and SE14, London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and qualified educator who is passionate about helping children thrive through play-based learning in a well-supported and professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Support the emotional, physical, and educational development of children aged 0–5
Plan, prepare, and lead fun and stimulating age-appropriate activities
Observe and assess each child’s progress and maintain accurate developmental records
Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and team members
Ensure the safety and welfare of children by following safeguarding and health & safety policies
Candidate Requirements:
Level 3 and higher qualification in Early Years / Childcare (essential)
Experience in a nursery or early years setting (preferred but not essential)
Sound understanding of the EYFS and child development
Excellent teamwork, communication, and organisational skills
A warm, caring, and proactive approach to working with young children
