Job Description

Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant - Merton
 Full-Time | Long-Term - 08:30-15:30

We are recruiting for a skilled Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Merton on a full-time, long-term basis. This role is for someone who knows the EYFS framework, can support high-quality early years provision, and is confident working with children aged 3-5.

You will be expected to:
 * Support learning across the EYFS, including small-group and 1:1 work
 * Assist with planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
 * Maintain a calm, purposeful learning environment
 * Work collaboratively with class teachers and wider staff
 * Demonstrate strong communication, reliability, and professional conduct

Requirements:
 * Level 3 Early Years or equivalent qualification
 * Solid experience in an EYFS setting
 * Ability to commit to full-time, long-term work

Pay:

£95+ per day PAYE (negotiable), increasing after 12 weeks in line with agency worker regulations
