Milestone Education are looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team!
Responsibilities:
You will support the class teacher in delivering a high-quality, play-based curriculum, fostering a nurturing environment where every child feels safe, valued and inspired to learn.
* Assist in planning and delivering engaging EYFS activities
* Support children's learning, development and wellbeing
* Provide individual and group support to children with varying needs.
* Promote positive behaviour and ensure a safe learning environment.

Milestone Education are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, experience and dedicated SENCo to join our partnered primary school.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and assess pupils with SEND and coordinate support and interventions.
* Work collaboratively with teachers and SLT to ensure inclusive classroom practices.
* Liaise with parents/careers, outside professionals and the Senior Leadership Team.
* Maintain and update EHCPs and Provision maps.
* Promote the wellbeing and progress of all pupils with additional needs.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* QTS
* Relevant SENDCo qualification
* Proven experience supporting children with a wide range of SEND.
* A strong understanding of inclusive education and safeguarding.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* A relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare.
* Previous expereince working within an EYFS Setting
* A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development
* A warm, caring, and proative approach
