Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting experienced Level 3 Nursery Assistants to support a variety of early years settings across Blackpool. Whether you're seeking consistent work or varied placements to build your experience, we have opportunities to suit you.
About the Role:
As a Nursery Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting children’s development during their most formative years. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting daily routines and learning through play
Promoting emotional, social, and physical development
Assisting with observations and progress tracking
Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
Working collaboratively with room leaders and practitioners to deliver the EYFS framework
✅ What We’re Looking For:
CACHE Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Early Years or Childcare
Experience in a nursery or childcare setting (paid or voluntary)
A warm, patient, and proactive approach to working with young children
Confidence in applying the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
A genuine passion for supporting early childhood development
