Job Description
Are you a warm, enthusiastic and caring Early Years professional who believes every child deserves the very best start in life? We’d love to hear from you as Strategy Education are recruiting for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner/Nurse for an independant nursery in Westcliff, Southend-on-Sea, Essex.
The succuesful candidate will have a level 3 minimum nursery qualification.
The nursery is nurturing and dedicated to providing a safe, stimulating and joyful environment where children can learn, explore and thrive. They are passionate about play-based learning, positive relationships and helping every child reach their full potential.
The Role Will Include:
Creating engaging, age-appropriate activities that spark curiosity and imagination
Supporting each child’s learning and development in line with the EYFS
Building strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
Ensuring a safe, caring and inclusive environment
What We’re Looking For:
Level 3 (or higher) Early Years qualification (required)
A genuine love for working with children
Good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding
Team spirit, reliability and a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
