Their CV3 setting is a vibrant, well-resourced nursery with an excellent local reputation and they are now seeking a caring, enthusiastic Level 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse to join their dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high quality care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
* Plan, prepare and participate in stimulating activities that promote children’s development
* Build warm, trusting relationships with children, parents and colleagues
* Maintain accurate observations and contribute to progress reports
* Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies are followed at all times
* Work collaboratively as part of a supportive and fun staff team
Requirements:
* Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or equivalent) – essential
* Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
* A positive, nurturing approach with excellent communication skills
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding and EYFS
* Ability to work effectively within a team
