Role: Qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Location: Purbook
Working Hours: Full-time (8:00am – 6:00pm)
Start Date: Immediate
About the Nursery & Role:
Based in Purbook, our welcoming nursery provides high-quality early years education for children aged 0-5. The successful practitioner will deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play, support children’s individual needs, and foster a safe, happy environment where children feel valued and confident.
Key Responsibilities:
⭐ Plan and deliver stimulating activities to support early learning and development
⭐ Provide attentive care and emotional support to children
⭐ Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
⭐ Promote positive behaviour and social skills
⭐ Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
⭐ Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support each child’s journey
What We’re Looking For:
A valid Level 3 Childcare or Early Years qualification
Experience working with children in a nursery or preschool setting
Valid enhanced DBS on the Uopdate Service
Patience, creativity, and a caring nature
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures
