 Salary: £93 – £120 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)

We are a friendly and nurturing nursery in WF4 seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our early years team after the Easter break. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant or Nursery Practitioner who is enthusiastic about child-led learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

Support children aged 0–5 within a nursery setting following the EYFS framework
Deliver engaging, play-based learning in line with the Curiosity Approach
Observe, assess, and respond to children’s individual learning needs
Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive early years environment
Work collaboratively with staff and build positive relationships with parents

Requirements

Level 3 Childcare / Early Years qualification (essential, applications with out will not be considered)
Experience working in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting
Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
A passion for child development and play-based learning
Knowledge or interest in the Curiosity Approach (desirable)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
