We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a well-established private nursery in Greenwich.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Early Years professional looking to join a welcoming and supportive setting where children’s development, wellbeing and learning are at the heart of the provision. The nursery offers a four-day working week, alongside excellent training, career development opportunities and a range of wellbeing and childcare benefits.
You will be:

Providing high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
*
Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning through play
*
Creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment for children
*
Supporting children’s individual development, learning and wellbeing
*
Acting as a key person and developing positive relationships with children and their families
*
Completing observations and assessments to monitor and support children’s progress
*
Promoting high standards of safeguarding, health and safety and inclusive practice
*
Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain consistently high standards of care
*
Supporting the day-to-day running of the nursery and contributing to a positive team environment
The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification and have previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting. You will have a strong understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding and child development, with excellent communication and teamwork skills and a genuine passion for supporting young children to thrive.
Salary: £26,685–£30,018 depending on weekly hours
Working pattern: Four-day working week available
