Job Title: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Location: Bexhill-on-Sea
Salary: £90 - £110 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time
Do you have a nurturing nature and a Level 3 qualification in Early Years? Ready to inspire little learners from the very start of their journey? A warm and welcoming nursery in Bexhill-on-Sea is seeking a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their early years team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment for children aged 0–5.
Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
Support children’s development in communication, physical, personal, and social skills.
Carry out observations and contribute to learning journeys and progress tracking.
Assist with routines such as mealtimes, toileting, and naptimes.
Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and colleagues.
Maintain a clean, organised, and child-focused environment at all times.
Requirements:
A Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education (or equivalent).
Prior experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
A caring, enthusiastic, and patient approach.
Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and safeguarding procedures.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
