Job Description
Are you a warm, enthusiastic and qualified childcare practitioner who thrives in a playful, nurturing environment?
We’re looking for a passionate and caring Level 3 Childcare Practitioner to join our friendly and dedicated early years team.
Whether you’re helping little ones take their first steps or supporting school readiness, your work will help shape the future — one child at a time.
What You'll Be Doing:
Providing high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0–5
Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment rooted in the EYFS framework
Planning exciting, age-appropriate activities that support all areas of development
Building strong, positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
Supporting key children with observations, assessments and learning journals
Promoting curiosity, independence, and a love of learning through play
What We’re Looking For:
Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
A nurturing, patient and energetic personality
Sound understanding of safeguarding, health & safety, and child development
A team player with a genuine love for working with young children
