Are you a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Practitioner looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our friendly nursery team in High Wycombe.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
* Support children’s individual learning journeys, observing and planning effectively.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for children.
* Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
* Promote the nursery’s ethos of providing a supportive and enriching setting.
Requirements:
* Must hold a full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification.
* Previous experience as a Level 3 Practitioner in a nursery or early years setting.
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety, and child development.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A genuine passion for early years education.
