Responsibilities
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and stimulating learning opportunities for children aged 0–5 years. Your duties will include:

About You
We are looking for a confident, caring, and passionate individual who is committed to providing the highest standards of early years care. The ideal candidate will have:

A Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (essential).

A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
*
Experience working in a nursery or early years setting (desirable, not essential).
*
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with children, families, and colleagues.

A warm, nurturing, and enthusiastic approach to supporting young children’s development.

Good knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and health & safety practices.

Strong organisational and teamwork skills.

An Enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one before starting.
