Key Responsibilities
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in supporting children aged 0–5 years in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. Responsibilities include:

Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS curriculum.

Creating a warm, safe, and inclusive environment that encourages children’s learning and development.
*
Supporting children’s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development through meaningful interactions and play.
*
Completing observations, assessments, and contributing to children’s learning journeys to track their progress.
*
Building strong, professional relationships with parents and carers, offering daily feedback and support.
*
Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the room.
*
Following safeguarding procedures, health & safety requirements, and nursery policies at all times.

Contributing new ideas, creativity, and best practice to the team and wider nursery.
About You
We are looking for a warm, motivated, and passionate early years professional who is committed to delivering the highest standards of care. The ideal candidate will have:

A Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification (essential).
*
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
*
Experience working in a nursery or early years setting (desirable but not essential).
*
A nurturing, positive, and enthusiastic approach to supporting young children.
*
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
*
Good understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and health & safety.
*
An Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
