Are you a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Practitioner looking for your next exciting opportunity? We are currently recruiting Level 3 qualified practitioners to join our warm and welcoming nursery located in Hither Green, South East London.

Position Details:
* Job Title: Level 3 Practitioners
* Location: Hither Green, SE13
* Salary: Starting from £28,000 per annum, with potential to earn more depending on experience and qualifications
* Working Hours: Approx. 40 hours per week
* Days: Flexible – 4 or 5 days per week
* Room Availability: Openings available in all rooms (babies, toddlers, and preschool)
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Providing high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
* Planning and leading engaging and age-appropriate activities to support all areas of development
* Building positive relationships with children, families, and the wider nursery team
* Supporting children’s learning journeys and contributing to their individual development plans
* Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
* Working collaboratively with other team members and contributing to the overall success of the setting
Requirements:
* Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or equivalent)
* Previous experience working within an Early Years setting
* Sound knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures
* A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with children
* Excellent communication and team-working skills
* Ability to adapt to different age groups and room settings as needed
