Job Description
Are you an experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who is motivated, enthusiastic, and ready for a new challenge? We are excited to be recruiting for two fantastic full-time opportunities within our nursery – one for our Baby Room and one for our Pre-School Room. These are permanent roles, and we are looking for the right candidates to join our friendly and professional team as soon as possible.

Both positions are full-time, working 40 hours per week across full days (8 hours) within the nursery opening hours of 8am to 6pm. While we do require full days, we may be able to offer some flexibility with the set working days.
The Baby Room Practitioner role will involve working directly with children under the age of 2. We are seeking someone who not only has the relevant Level 3 Nursery Practitioner qualification but also has proven hands-on experience caring for and supporting the development of babies and very young children. Additional specialist training in working with babies would be an advantage.
The Pre-School Practitioner role is ideal for a qualified and experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who has worked with children in the 2–5 age range. You will be supporting children’s learning and development, preparing them for their transition to school, and ensuring they thrive in a stimulating and nurturing environment.
We are looking for applicants who:
* Hold a recognised Level 3 Nursery Practitioner qualification
* Have excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework
* Can demonstrate strong practical experience within the relevant age group
* Are enthusiastic, motivated, and fun – a positive role model to children, colleagues, and students alike
* Have excellent timekeeping, reliability, and a proactive work ethic
In return, we offer a salary of £26,000 – £28,000 per year (based on 40 hours per week), full support from our management team, access to our Health Assured package, a pension scheme, and a provided uniform.
