We’re working with a beautiful, family-feel nursery in Southwell seeking a Level 3 qualified practitioner to join their friendly, experienced team on a permanent basis from January 2026.

The Role

Supporting children aged 0–5 with engaging, play-based learning experiences

Planning and delivering activities that promote curiosity, independence, and development

Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding, care, and EYFS delivery
*
Contributing ideas and creativity to maintain an inspiring and stimulating setting
What We’re Looking For

Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (essential)
*
A genuine passion for early years development and child wellbeing
*
Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
*
Warm, patient, and positive communication style
*
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding principles
