Salary: £95 - £115 per day (Depending on experience)

Are you a skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant with a recognised Level 3 qualification?
If so, GSL Education are currently looking to recruit enthusiastic Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistants to support a variety of primary and secondary schools across Nottinghamshire starting in September 2025. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a crucial role in the learning and development of students, working closely with teaching staff and supporting pupils of varying needs and abilities.
To be a successful Level 3 Teaching Assistant (Level 3 TA), your responsibilities will be:
Provide high-quality classroom support under the direction of class teachers.
Work one-to-one or in small groups with pupils to support learning objectives.
Help plan, deliver, and assess differentiated lessons and interventions.
Assist in managing pupil behaviour and promoting positive learning attitudes.
Support children with additional needs and implement IEPs and EHCPs.
Contribute to a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements for a Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant:
A recognised Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent).
Experience working with children or young people in a school setting as a Teaching Assistant or a similar role.
A compassionate, patient, and adaptable attitude.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures.
Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
