Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting skilled and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work across primary and secondary schools in the Wisbech and King's Lynn area. About the Role: Supporting pupils in 1:1, small group, and whole-class settings Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management Providing tailored support for pupils with additional needs (SEND experience beneficial) Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning Contributing to assessments and pupil progress reports ✅ Requirements: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) Previous experience in a UK classroom setting Confident supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 Good communication and teamwork skills A proactive, flexible, and nurturing approach Enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered with the Update Service (or willing to apply) About Teaching Personnel Teaching Personnel is the market-leading education recruitment and supply agency committed to the learning and development of young people.
