Job Title: Level 3 Secondary Teaching Assistant (TA)

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant (TA) to join a supportive and dynamic secondary school in Greenwich starting ASAP or September 2025. The successful candidate will support students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, helping to provide a high-quality learning experience for all students, including those with additional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one and small group support to students across various subjects
Assist teachers in planning, delivering, and assessing lessons
Help students with additional learning needs to engage fully in the curriculum
Support students in developing their academic, social, and emotional skills
Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environmentQualifications and Experience:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (Essential)
Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a secondary school setting
Experience supporting students with additional needs (desirable)
Strong communication and classroom management skills
