About the Role
Zest Education is proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Stafford to recruit a Level 3 Full Class Teaching Assistant.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development. The role may include working as a Full Class Teaching Assistant
Key Responsibilities
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
* Work with individual pupils or small groups to reinforce learning and promote progress.
* Help create a positive, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
* Support children’s social, emotional, and behavioural development.
* Contribute to planning, assessment, and classroom organisation under the guidance of the teacher.
* Build strong relationships with staff, pupils, and parents to ensure every child thrives.
About You
We are looking for a candidate who:
* Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
* Has prior experience supporting pupils in a primary school setting.
* Is patient, reliable, and committed to helping children reach their potential.
* Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Can show flexibility to support across year groups.
* Brings enthusiasm and positivity to every school day!

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
