The Role - Level 3 Primary School Teaching Assistant
As part of the school's support team, you will:
Provide high-quality classroom support under the direction of the class teacher

Assist in planning and preparing engaging learning activities
Support pupils with additional needs, ensuring inclusivity at all times

To be successful in this role, you must have:
A Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent) - essential
Experience working with primary-aged pupils within a school or childcare setting
A strong understanding of the primary curriculum and learning strategies
Excellent communication, organisation and teamwork skills
