The Role
Are you an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant who believes every child deserves to shine?
We're partnering with a number of inclusive, high-performing primary schools across the Chester area who are seeking dedicated, confident and nurturing classroom practitioners to join their teams.
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant you'll work closely with class teachers to support learning across the curriculum, help pupils overcome barriers, and bring enthusiasm and care to every day in the classroom.
Whether it's supporting small groups, leading interventions, or providing tailored one-to-one support - as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, your impact will be felt the moment you walk through the door.

🎓 Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
