We’re searching for an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a committed SEND School in Wolverhampton. You’ll work with both primary and secondary pupils, supporting a wide range of communication needs, sensory profiles and learning styles.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Providing targeted 1:1 and small-group support across different age groups
• Adapting learning tasks and resources to meet individual needs
• Supporting social communication, emotional regulation and life skills development
• Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists and specialist staff
• Helping to maintain a calm, predictable and engaging learning environment

✨ Who We’re Looking For
• A qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant with strong SEND experience
• Confident supporting autistic learners with varied and complex needs
• Skilled at building trusting relationships and promoting independence
• Calm, resilient and adaptable, with excellent communication skills
• Able to provide references and hold/obtain an enhanced DBS & Right to Work in the UK
