 An inclusive and welcoming primary school based in Hodge Hill (B34 6BJ) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team. This role involves working closely with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), providing tailored support to ensure they thrive both academically and emotionally.

 🔹 Position Details
Role: Level 3 Teaching Assistant (SEN)
Contract: Full-time, term-time only
Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Colebourne Road, Hodge Hill, Birmingham, B34 6BJ🔹 Requirements Candidates must have:

A Level 3 qualification in Teaching Assistance or equivalent
Proven experience supporting children with SEN
A warm, patient and nurturing approach
Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a collaborative team🔹 Key Responsibilities
Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN
Assisting with the planning and delivery of personalised learning
Supporting pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural needs
Working closely with teachers, SENCO, and external professionals
Helping create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment🔹 What We Offer
