Level 3 Teaching Assistant (TA)

£100-£120 per day
Randstad Education is currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and supportive primary school in Cambourne. This long-term, ongoing role offers full-time hours and an excellent opportunity to support young learners in a nurturing and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
Working with individual pupils or small groups to reinforce learning
Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all students
Promoting positive behaviour and supporting classroom management
Monitoring pupil progress and assisting with assessments
Preparing learning materials and contributing to planning activities
Requirements:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Recent and relevant experience in a primary school setting
Strong knowledge of the UK primary curriculum
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply through Randstad)
Eligibility to work in the UK
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive and patient approach to supporting learning
