Key Responsibilities of Level 3 Teaching Assistant (TA)
Collaborate with teachers to design and implement personalised learning plans.

Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate updates to staff and families.

Requirements for Level 3 Teaching Assistant (TA)
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
Previous experience in a similar role within an educational setting.
A genuine passion for helping students succeed.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices.
Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
