🏫 What You'll Do:
Provide tailored support to pupils across KS1 and KS2
Assist teachers with lesson delivery, classroom management, and resource prep
Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
Support children's academic, social, and emotional development
Step in confidently across different year groups and school settings
🎯 What We're Looking For:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Experience working in primary education, ideally across KS1 and KS2
A flexible, proactive, and nurturing approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for helping children reach their full potential
