Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Make a Difference in Chesham Schools

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Contract Type: Full-Time, Temp to Perm
Key Responsibilities:
Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and assist pupils with their learning
Provide one-to-one or small group support for children who need extra help
Contribute to creating a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
Encourage and motivate learners to develop confidence and independence
Work collaboratively with teachers and school staff to support pupil progress and wellbeing
Requirements:
A recognised Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
Experience supporting children in an educational setting
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting learning
An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
