Level 3 Teaching Assistant - SEN Support - Wellingborough
Location: Wellingborough
Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, Temp-to-Perm
Salary: £95 - £115 per day
Tradewind Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join specialist SEN schools and inclusive mainstream settings across Wellingborough. Whether you're experienced or just ready for the next step in your support career, we can help you find the right fit.
In this role, you'll be instrumental in helping students with a range of additional needs reach their full potential through tailored support.
What You'll Be Doing:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN
Implement differentiated activities as directed by the class teacher
Assist with personal care where required (training provided)
Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour using positive behaviour strategies
Foster independence and emotional resilience in learners
Support pupils with speech, language, ASD, SEMH and cognitive needs
