Job Description
Are you a passionate Teaching Assistant based in and around the S5 (Sheffield) area? We’re currently recruiting for Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join Milk Education, to work in partnership with our nurturing and inclusive Primary schools in S5.
Role Details:
* Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Primary
* Start: October/Novermber
* Location: S5, Sheffield
* Working Hours: Full or Part time – Term Time Only
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the class teacher with daily classroom activities and routines
* Support small groups of pupils and provide one-to-one assistance when needed
* Help maintain focus and engagement for pupils throughout the school day
* Prepare learning materials and assist in delivering educational activities
* Encourage a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere
* Collaborate effectively with teachers and other support staff
Requirements:
* Patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Commitment to supporting the child’s academic and emotional development
* Experience supporting children with SEND would be desirable
