About the Role:
A large primary school in Milton Keynes is looking for a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support across KS1 and KS2. This role will involve classroom support, small group interventions, and occasional cover under teacher guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide targeted support for individuals and small groups
Assist teachers in planning and preparing learning resources
Support children with SEN, EAL, and varying abilities
Help foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Requirements:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Previous school-based experience desirable
