Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Location: Sheffield & Surrounding Areas
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time or part-time, flexible days available
Tradewind Recruitment are delighted to be working with a range of welcoming and inclusive primary schools across Sheffield. We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistants to provide high-quality support on a supply basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across different school settings, gain valuable experience, and make a real difference to children's learning and development.
The Role:
Providing flexible classroom support across different year groups, from Nursery to Year 6.
Working alongside teachers to engage and inspire pupils in their learning.
Assisting with small group work, individual interventions, and whole-class support.
Helping to create positive and inclusive learning environments.
Building strong relationships with staff and pupils to support progress and wellbeing.
We're looking for someone who:
Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
Has classroom experience within primary or early years settings.
Demonstrates a positive, adaptable and proactive approach.
Can work effectively as part of a team and support the teacher's direction.
Is committed to helping children achieve their potential across different learning stages.
