Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our school teams in the Wirral area. The successful candidate will provide high-quality support to pupils and staff, helping to ensure that every child can achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities
Support teaching staff in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities.
Provide targeted support to pupils with additional needs, including learning difficulties, SEN, or behavioural challenges.
Assist with planning, preparation, and assessment under the direction of class teachers.
Monitor, record, and report on pupil progress, ensuring effective communication with staff and parents where appropriate.
Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
Supervise pupils during breaktimes, lunchtimes, or school activities as required.Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will:
Hold a Level 3 qualification in Education, Childcare, or have equivalent experience.
Have experience supporting pupils with additional learning needs.
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Be proactive, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
