Supporting the class teacher to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
Leading small intervention groups for subjects like phonics, reading, and maths.
Covering the class for short periods under the teacher's direction.
Contributing to the assessment and tracking of pupil progress.
Building strong relationships with pupils and helping them to overcome barriers to learning.What you will need:
A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
Recent experience working in a primary school setting.
Confidence in leading group activities and supporting pupils with a range of needs.
A patient, positive, and proactive approach.
