Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant (TA3) to join a supportive and inclusive secondary school in the Bolton area. This full-time role is to start immediately and will focus on supporting students within the school's SEND provision.
The successful candidate will:
Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
Have previous experience supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Be confident leading small group interventions and assisting with classroom activities.
Be reliable, proactive, and able to use their own initiative.
Have a passion for helping students with additional needs reach their full potential.
Hold a valid enhanced DBS check on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.
You'll be part of a welcoming team that values every student and member of staff, ensuring a positive learning environment for all.
