We are currently seeking a Level 6 qualified Careers Advisor to join a supportive and forward-thinking team within a further education college in Langley, Berkshire.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality careers information, advice, and guidance to students aged 16+
Support learners with career planning, university applications, apprenticeships, and employment opportunities
Conduct 1:1 guidance sessions and group workshops
Help students explore career paths aligned with their skills and interests
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progression✅ Requirements:
Level 6 qualification in Careers Guidance (essential)
Experience working with young people in an educational setting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
