Job Description

General details & requirements:

  * This will be Wagon and Drag night trunking work, usually starting between 17:00-21:00. – full training will be provided by the customer.

  * Shifts will generally be Monday to Friday, with some occasional weekend shifts available.

  * In addition to driving Wagon and Drag vehicles you will also drive LGV1 artic vehicles occasionally.

  * You must be 25 years of age or older for insurance purposes.

  * You will be required to pass an assessment.

  * We will need to provide our customer with a 5 year work history.

Candidates must have the following documents:

  * UK C+E licence – ideally with 1 year of practical experience but new drivers are also welcome to apply.

  * UK Digital tachograph card

  * UK CPC card

Payment information:

Please note this position is PAYE only:

  * Monday to Sunday, first 8 hours - £21.40

  * Overtime after 8 hours - £26.47

  * 6th Day - £31.53

  * Night Shift allowance - extra £11.76 per shift

  * Minimum 8 hours guaranteed

  * A 1 hour break will be deducted after the minimum hours worked

  * Weekly payments every Friday
